Every 2nd Friday of the month , join me to dance the 5Rhythms in Geneva in the COSMIC FRIDAYS space offered by the DANCING TRIBE collective.
Friday: Conscious Friday
An invitation to anchor our relationship to the body and movement in a regular practice. “Do you have the discipline to be a free spirit?” wrote Gabrielle Roth, creator of the Dance of 5Rhythms. Yes: it requires devotion, commitment, choices renewed with each dance to free, nourish or transform the old into the new, to say yes to the cycles, to the changes, to the waves of life. To oneself.
From September 2024 to June 2025, every third Friday of the month, I invite you to experience a “wave” of 5Rhythms®: a nourishing, liberating, transformative ritual.
Sunday: Magic Sundays
Every other week , join me to dance the 5Rhythms in Nyon in the MAGIC SUNDAYS space offered by the DANCING TRIBE collective. These Sunday morning sessions are preceded by a sacred cocoa ceremony.
Sunday: Sunday's Grace
Exploring our bodies and souls through movement is ritualizing a time of care, a parenthesis for oneself, it is sweating our realities, its challenges, its joys: a dancing offering to life. The practice of 5Rythmes®, the vastness and depth of its cards and the power of the "wave" offer us an experience of conscious dance that honors and transforms our being, giving it full body and roots, opening the wings of grace.
