About

Fascinated by human beings for over 20 years, I devote myself to exploring the body, emotions and states of consciousness through movement, touch and medicinal plants.

I have been a certified teacher of the Dance of the 5 Rhythms® since 2021, a masseur and initiated into the medicine of the Cacao Plant. My approach aims to create spaces where everyone can reconnect with themselves, release their energy and cultivate deep well-being.

I organize group sessions where body expression becomes a space of liberation, transformation and connection.

I offer personalized sessions integrating various relaxation techniques as well as the use of medicinal plants, including cocoa, for a holistic approach to well-being.

 

✨ Connection to medicinal plants
Shamanic herbalism being one of my passions, I integrate this knowledge into my support to promote a balance between body, mind and soul.
