Ethnologist by training, accredited 5Rhythms® teacher since 2018 and embodied therapist (therapy by touch and consultant of the Akashic Records). Guided by the path of the soul, I accompany you in the exploration of your depths with gentleness and power to initiate, weave, pursue a sacred path where we give body and density to the wonder of being alive. My approach to 5Rhythms® is nourished by poetry and is based on the connection between corporality and spirituality with particular attention to the impact of cellular memories.

The Workshops
My story
My professional activity is driven by the vibration of the name "Wave Your Soul": a project to support the being in its incarnation. The approach that I propose is an alliance of 5Rhythms dance, therapy by the touch and consultations of the Akashic Records. Whatever the route taken with me, my intention is to support you in your earthly experience and to create spaces of healing and reconnection to Self through the meeting of body and soul.
Anthropologist by training, I first had a professional career in the management of cultural events. Bodily and spiritual exploration have always been a parallel path in my journey, since my childhood. My encounter with the practice of 5Rhythms in 2011 was initiatory, leading me first to a profound transformation of my being and then to taste my future as a facilitator and channel therapist.
