Journey Towards Oneself
WORKSHOP "JOURNEY TO SELF" (English and French) Weekend April 5-6, 2025
Spring is coming… what if it was also time to awaken something in you?
This 5Rythmes® dance weekend is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, to listen to what vibrates within you and to let emerge what is waiting to be revealed.
My Story
My life experience and travels have taught me that the answers to life's big questions are found in movement. It is through dance and inner journey that I have found answers.
Before devoting myself fully to coaching, I worked as a journalist and Middle East expert, while specializing in gems and jewelry. These experiences allowed me to develop a unique sensitivity to the beauty and complexity of individuals, like the appreciation of the particularities of a diamond. Having traveled and lived all over the world, I have enriched my journey by exploring movement, dance and human behavior.
Today, I integrate all these experiences into my psycho-corporeal practice: I perform therapeutic massages, reflexology and lymphatic drainage (ASCA/RME certified), and I support my clients through somatic coaching (training in London), yoga (200-hour training in India) as well as breathing and stretching coaching (training in Spain).
Today, through DS Therapies and Human Motions , I create spaces where everyone can reconnect with their vitality and navigate life's transitions in an embodied way. My approach integrates dance, therapeutic touch, breath and movement, allowing each person to reconnect with themselves and unleash their full potential.
